Delete your AegisTrans account

Delete immediately in the app

Sign in and open Settings → Danger zone → Permanently delete account. Account, device, session and purchase-linking data is deleted from the server after confirmation.

If you cannot sign in

Send the request from the email registered to AegisTrans so we can verify ownership:

You may also email privacy@aegisrd.com with subject “AegisTrans account deletion request” and your account email. We may send a verification message. Verified requests are normally completed within seven days.

Data deleted

• Account email, password hash and sessions
• Registered devices, device public keys and device metadata
• Magic-link tokens and subscription or purchase-linking records

Content on your devices

Messages and files were never stored on AegisRD servers. Content already downloaded to another device is not removed remotely; delete it on each device or clear the app data.

Cancel renewal first

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google store subscription. First use Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the original store.
